Our third provincial park, Ragged Falls is an excellent outing year round. This is our highest waterfall, where the Oxtongue River tumbles down from the Park towards Lake of Bays. You can hike in, or canoe from Oxtongue Lake to the base of the falls.
Algonquin Park Logging Museum and Visitor Centre
These are both must-see attractions for visitors to the Park. Wonderful, hands-on displays educate and entertain.We provide a day-pass to our guests for entry to the Park.
Dorset Heritage Museum
This small museum celebrates the pioneers and loggers who helped open up this part of the world. It is well worth spending a few hours in this cosy museum.

Arrowhead is our "other" Park, sometimes in the shadow of Algonquin Park's reputation. This smaller park, right at the edge of Huntsville, offers world class Nordic and Skate Ski trails in winter.
Lake of Bays Cottage Brewery
A micro-brewery in the little village of Baysville, it is just one more place to visit, along with antique stores, great craft and boutique stores. Next to the dam there is a lovely picnic area, too.
Cruise the Lake of Bays on the historic S.S. Bigwin, over a hundred years old, departing from Dorset. Beautifully restored, this grand old lady of the Lake will give you a trip to remember.
Echo Valley Nature and Bike Trails
